my heart skipped a beat when I saw this shirt on the urban outfitters website . It is $38 and comes in 6 different colors! I love the ruffle at the collar and the sleeve, the sash at the waist, and for the price, I just might be able to afford two! Now, if only I could decide which color!

that is what I was thinking! I never shop at Urban outfitters and I was so surpised to find this there because it is kind of preppry and so not their style!
