Home Sweet Home

When I was in Utah all of our family kept bugging me how I never posted pictures of our apartment on the blog like I said I would. It is still a work in progress but it is a definite improvement from what it was when we moved in. This is our t.v. room, which could be used as a second bedroom but we figured babies start out small so we could put it to better use.
Another view of the t.v.room and the french doors into the bedroom.
Our entry and console table
Our bedroom, you can't tell from these photos but our bedroom is huge so well have plenty of room in there for a crib and whatever else the little one needs. If you ever visited us at our old apartment you will know how much we appreciate this big bedroom.
Another view of our bed.
Our front room and view of the kitchen. We love the green color we painted on the walls in this room.
Our front room with the kitchen table and huge empty walls. I really need to come up with something to fill this room up!
Our little kitchen, we love the black and white tile.

Our extra counter space and storage we added in.

Your apartment is so cute and stylish! I have the same console table in my foyer. Where did you get that monogram print? I'd love to know. :)

Congratulations on the baby!

Your place is SO organized - very inspiring. (by the way - tell Dan Elizabeth really enjoyed playing hangman in class - she normally doesn't comment about her lessons!)

Hi Caitlin,

I hate to be a nuisance, but I am seriously in love with your framed monogram. I know that Jack and LuLu make similar ones, but I am not crazy about any of their patterns. I would really appreciate it if you could give me an idea of where I might find one.

Thanks,
Paloma

Paloma,

i tried leaving a comment on your blog like 5 times but for some reason it would not let me. Anyway, i made my monogram but after the number of emails I got about it I was considering setting up an etsy shop and selling them. Since you were so nice with your post, I'd love to make one for you just to be nice.

Send me an email and let me know what kind of pattern you'd like (or if you have an idea I might be able to work with a jpeg) and we'll go from there!

Caitlin,

That would be awesome! Thank you so much for offering to make one for me.

I think you should definitely set up an etsy shop for your monograms. There aren't too many people doing this and I bet you'd sell a ton! I couldn't find your e-mail address on here, but mine is in my profile. If you e-mail me your e-mail address, I will send you some pictures of the room I want to put the monogram in. I'm not quite sure about colors or patterns, but I will put something together. Anyway, thanks again for doing this. :)
