I'm with Jill. Run around & scream & cry for a bit, and then TRUST. Everything will be fine, promise.

Caitlin,

Thank you for your blog!
It's so easy to get freaked out.
Of course, no clear action ever comes from freaking out.

You are not alone!

Do whatever you need to do to get through it. My favorite so far is to panic while eating ice cream in my sweats, holed up on the couch in my apartment after Evelyn goes to bed. Whatever works, right?

I just panic and freak out for a minute and then crazily enough it brings on a zen calm in me. Treat yourself to a breakdown every once in awhile.

My mom always says you have to let the panic come and just as quickly let it go- otherwise it builds up too much if you avoid it altogether... And let the calm quickly follow- We are thinking about you guys and wishing for the best!

Just stay calm, whenever you freak out you always wonder why did I freak out that was dumb. You can get through anything.
